The retail software team set out to redevelop and relaunch a bi-annual user feedback survey to gather insights from branch employees. The goal was to establish a baseline of how in-branch users perceive our internal branch software in terms of usefulness, clarity, trustworthiness, and overall experience. I was responsible for writing the survey, leading review sessions with retail management, overseeing its creation, monitoring responses, and compiling a research recap.
Goals
- Establish a baseline of how users perceive our internal branch software in terms of usefulness, clarity, trustworthiness, and attractiveness at the time of survey completion
- Create a streamlined method for collecting feedback from all users
- Gather baseline data to measure our internal branch software’s growth following the redesign
- Increase survey participation rates by refining communication and engagement strategies
- Introduce a regular survey cadence to establish a bi-annual pattern with internal branch software users
- Capture new ideas and insights directly from branch teammates
