Since 2022, I have been part of a product team dedicated to enhancing the digital experiences for teammates in retail branches. As the Senior UX Designer, I work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to gather data, conduct testing, and develop new features and solutions. Every project is started by discovery sessions with branch teammates to allow me to design a solution that matches the needs of my users.
Prior to joining the bank, I spent four years at a marketing agency specializing in website and application design and development. During this time I focused on designing websites and then assisting with the development using content management systems like WordPress and BigCommerce. My background also includes extensive experience in magazine publication, in-house marketing, and social media campaigns. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Robert Morris University with dual degrees in Graphic and Web Design.
I am proficient in the leading design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and UserZoom. For project management, I utilize Monday, Jira, and Confluence to ensure collaboration with my product team.
I am located in Cleveland, Ohio, with my husband Mike and our two young children, Kieran and Nora. Originally born in rural Pennsylvania, I later moved to Pittsburgh, when I attended college before moving to Cleveland.
